Village Hall Facilities and Booking – Grafham Village Cambridgeshire

We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

The calendar below shows the bookings for both the Astro Court and the Hall
To make a booking click on the plus sign on the day you want – note you can only book more than a week ahead.
A booking webpage will be triggered. You will have to register if you are new to the booking system or login if you have an account.
Fill in the booking form – note that the facilities are only available in between the times shown below – and submit your booking request.
The calendar automatically adds half an hour before and after a hall booking to allow for hall preparation and clearance.
Within 2 days you will receive an email confirming your booking and attaching an invoice, if appropriate. The same email if booking the hall, will give a door lock code and the alarm passcode. Hall and pitch charges are shown below.
Repeat bookings can be made for up to a year. Invoicing will be monthly.

Booking times (7 days a week):

Hall: 08:00 – 23:00

Astro Court: 07:00 – 22:00

NB. Please note that the facility capacities shown below are approximate and depend on the event.

Main Hall

Capacity: 150 people
Pricing: £11.00-£16.00 per hour

The hall has a Public Entertainments Licence for music, dancing, performing arts and can accommodate approximately 50 guests seated at tables, 92 seated in rows or 150 at a dance/disco – an ideal venue for children’s and family parties.
